I need help!
I keep wanting to eat and eat and eat!!
Even when I was making healthier meals..I was cutting back on portions & after I ate, I was still pretty hungry! I would drink lots of water because I heard that if you drink a big glass, it can make you feel full...and that didn't work! I have been stressed lately (personal issues) and I just turn to food. I feel like I need to eat ALL THE TIME!
Please, please, please--if anyone has any tips, suggestions, or whatever--please let me know! I'd appreciate it! Thanks!
