Grab June by the Horns!

Okay, so I've leveled out with my weight loss. BUT I KNOW WHY! Apparently, walking tons doesn't help you loose weight if you eat like a horse. Who knew? But anyway, I thought I'd share something about myself that lots of people find strange. I ADORE MONDAYS!!! I'm also thrilled to start a new month! And guess what? Today is JUNE 1ST!!! It's a fresh start! A clean sheet of paper! Isn't that cool? I'm going to take advantage of June! I'm going to challenge myself to continue walking 10,000 steps daily during week 1 and increase my steps by 1,000 each following week. I haven't been drinking my water so I'm going to start. Hopefully, all that water and activity will curb my
"oh - my - goodness - I've - never - seen - a - woman - eat - like - that" appetite. You'd think I'd been shoveling gravel all day the way I can scarf down a steak! You see, I'm from a family of good southern cooks where dinner isn't just a meal...it's an event! Needless to say, we've got some lifestyle changes to make:-) So here I go...off to make the most of June!! Yippy!!!
