end of May update

So it is the end of May and I have not done a very good job this month tracking what I am eating. I am going to begin again and start tracking everything again. I also have a leg injury, so not doing very well at the physical part, but my doctor gave me some exercises yesterday that I can do without putting weight on my right leg. I am going to be doing those as much as I can in order to get back to my walking.

    I'd love to hear about your exercises. We share having problems doing traditional exercises that use the leg (I'm having joint pain).

    I really understand the hard act you are attempting to pull off. School alone is a big challege. Let's stay in touch I think if we can just log a small amount of "something" for exercise everyday we won't give up.

    Their is a chair dancing dvd out that is suppose to be a great cardio for those with injuries.
