No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.........Aesop

Read this in one of the emails that come from sparkpeople the other day. Boy this is the way I try to live my life each day. In a long line of traffic and someone is trying to get in that line I stop and allow them in. Whats one more car in front of me. In the store if I have a cart full to check out and someone has one item I let them go in front of me. I sure take some slack from people for it. Do you know what I notice? Acts of kindness come my way also and my life seems to be a bit brighter. Lets try and pass it on. What a wonderful place it would be if we all walked with a spring in our step. Deni emoticon

Deni I try to live my life that way also, you are right, What's one more car or why not let the person with just a handful of items in front of you. The nod of the head , the smile and thanks is enough to warm the soul. Sometimes when I am being helped at the cashier(mind you I only do this for women) If they are frowning I always say, " You know, you are much too pretty to not have a smile on your face". And you know it has never failed to get a smile.
    Keep smiling

Great blog. Kindness begets kindness, and I get "grumpy" check out persons at the grocery, or the bank...my goal is always to find a GENUINE compliment to ease their tension. I take so much personally...now I am trying to "kill" the negativity with kindness. I hope it does help in some small way...but in your blog...it looks like it does come back. The world certainly hungers for it!! Great positive words you share. Thank you.

What a different world we would be living in right now if everyone followed this way of treating others!

We are supposed to prefer one another and walk in love one for another. We should be kind, polite and courtious and compassionate at all times. It takes less energy to be kind and loving than it does to be selfish and only having yourself on your mind. Great blog. Have a marvelous memorial day and let us remember all who gave their lives for our nation and our freedom. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

You already did a good deed today by reminding us to stop and think of others! Have a great day! emoticon

Yes this is so true but anyway..if let's say we want to be kind everything would seem kind to us to..I mean we get what we give?
