STEP 3: Weightloss goals for June! Woo hoo!

Here are my weightloss GOALS:

I will blog about other specific goals this weekend.

I restarted on May 24, 2010 weighing 201.4 so up 7 lbs from mid March.
My goal to lose 1.5 lbs each week is realistic. I thought about making my goal to lose 1 lb per week would be ok but that does weird things to my thinking/mentality. I think “I will just try and lose a lb each week and do some effort” but

IF I put down a goal of 1.5 a week then MENTALLY I SAY

“GET WITH IT!, BUST BUTT!!, emoticon No ½ effort or minimum effort”

”GET GOOD HABITS in place, DEVELOP them – FOLLOW them- Be Healthy – Don’t get goofy and restrictive but JUST MAKE GOOD CHOICES DAILY!!! Over and OVER until it is 2nd nature!” THIS is my LIFE way… of eating.. not my 8 mo. Journey with an end!

SO I WILL LOSE 1.5 lbs a week or average 1.5 per week

I weigh in on Fridays.

5-24 SW 201.4
5-28 GW 200 CW 199.4
6-4 GW198.5 CW
6-11 GW 197 CW
6/18 GW 195.5 CW
6/25 GW 194. CW
7/2 GW 192.5 CW
So by 4th of JULY I will weigh 192.5 or less.

I will blog later about July and Aug. weekly goal weights so this one won’t be too long!

But just an exciting note
That by the time schools starts for the kiddos again around Aug 20th I will be 182!
WOO HOO! YIPPY!
