I have been absent from Spark People as I am not on the Atkins diet and had to find a place where I could get net carbs counted. I am still signing in as possible.

The carbs I need counted are "net carbs" and Spark does not do that. I tried using this site to manually compute but it didn't work. I am getting community support as well thru the other site. I will continue to use this site but not as diligently as before. Thaks for all of your comments.

You get the carbs counted when you use the nutrition counter on Spark People. Even better, are the charts which show how you've been doing over time.

You can reset your desired goals for the tracker. It automatically goes to calories as a goal, but you could put carbohydrates as your main goal.

Check it out - SP really is commpatible with all kinds of diets, and the support is great.

Without a community to support your journey it will be tougher for you to stay on track.
