1. NUTRITION GOAL emoticon - GOAL MET
- 2-3 snacks a day not exceeding 300 calories in total
- Today's snacks - 1 cup tea, 2 small rusks, 1 apple, 3/4 cup milk
- total calories - 280

2. FITNESS GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- strength training - 6x a week for 20m (alternate upper / lower body)
- lower body done
- 45 minutes treadmill as well


3. OTHER GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- accomplish 1 housecleaning task daily
- laundry

Day 12 was another good day..met all goals and stayed in control!
