1. NUTRITION GOAL emoticon - GOAL MET
- 2-3 snacks a day not exceeding 300 calories in total
- Today's snacks - 1 cup tea, 2 wedges pineapple, 1/3 kiwi, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 Danone Peach yogurt
- total calories - 246

2. FITNESS GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- strength training - 6x a week for 20m (alternate upper / lower body)
- upper body done


3. OTHER GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- accomplish 1 housecleaning task daily
- swept and steam mopped floors, washrooms, laundry, etc.

Day 11 was a good day..met all goals and stayed in control!
