DAY 02 - Plyometrics

What an intense workout! Baby was able to really focus! Now that I've been able to slip into that bikini, I have a new idea of how much work it's going to take to get my body where I want it to be. It still hangs up over my head for inspiration, when I think I can't push out any more reps.

Putting the power of positive thinking to work, I'm envisioning myself with tight, sleek arms; strong, well-muscled thighs and a 6 pack that won't stop! It's crazy that I saw some pictures of myself from this time last year... and I didn't realize exactly what a big, chunky thing I was!

I've come a long way... and that much closer to my goal. I want this next Round to be an incredible success, for which I pray every day. I can do this. I did a pretty good job last round, and I want this one to be twice as good. I'm thankful for every blessing on my journey!

Can't wait to press play-- early in the morning to avoid this swamp-like GA heat, lol!
