Scorecard for Day 10, Sunday, May 23

1. NUTRITION GOAL emoticon - GOAL MET
- 2-3 snacks a day not exceeding 300 calories in total
- Today's snacks - 1 cup tea, sandwich pocket (chick peas), 100 calorie ice cream sandwich
- total calories - 286

2. FITNESS GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- strength training - 6x a week for 20m (alternate upper / lower body)
- lower body done


3. OTHER GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- accomplish 1 housecleaning task daily
- yes

Day 10 was pretty good from all angles. It would be nice to get in some more physical activity but in the meantime, I will focus on other things to keep myself motivated!
