Back in the saddle!

I am getting back to working out tomorrow, after taking a week and a half off. emoticon
Just gonna get back to the basics. Cardio at least 5days and eat right. No crazy tracing of food, just fitness.

    U got it girl!! Focus on that fitness! It will totally pay off for you, you know enough to watch ur food without tracking, you can do this!! I need to fire it off this week in fitness too...I'm not on it as much as I should be, schedule changes mess me up!! LOVE YOU!!!! emoticon
