Scorecard for Day 6, Wednesday, May 19

1. NUTRITION GOAL emoticon - GOAL MET
- 2-3 snacks a day not exceeding 300 calories in total
- snacks consisted of 1/2 cup 1% milk, 1 Haldiram matti, 1 cup tea, strawberries and pineapple
- total calories - 261

2. FITNESS GOAL emoticon GOAL NOT MET
- strength training - 6x a week for 20m (alternate upper / lower body)
- only did 10 minutes for lower body

3. OTHER GOAL emoticon GOAL NOT MET
- accomplish 1 housecleaning task daily
- no - worked late in the office to catch up

Day 6 was not good from the perspective of achieving goal which does not make me happy but I obviously need some more time to get into my routine. Thursday's results are not going to be any better but Friday will be an improvement and weekend should be positive too.

Remember, as people remind me--one day off isn't going to make or break you. Even two off days in a row aren't the end of the world--this is a lifestyle, not a bootcamp, which means sometimes life is going to interfere. It's how you do over all that's going to make a difference.

Are you recording these goals in your "other goals" section on sparks? Reason being is that's a really easy way to get a quick feeling for how well you are doing over all. Do you meet that goal 80% of the time? Then you're on track. If it's only 20%, maybe you need to rethink a few things. The other goals also can be tracked for spark streaks, so that you can see that you've met your goals for X weeks in a row.
