Day #2

Well, my first day (yesterday) started out great until I hit dinner time...I pretty much blew my nutrition goals with dinner and late night snacks...I HAVE to stop eating late night snacks! This is a little harder than I thought, but I am not giving up!
Today I will be doing some exercises. My family is moving so I have boxes to pack & cleaning to do..and I will work out on my husband's exercise thing. I will also go walking later on. My goal is to do a lot better than yesterday! Wish me luck!
