Scorecard for Day 4, Monday, May 17

1. NUTRITION GOAL emoticon - GOAL MET
- 2-3 snacks a day not exceeding 300 calories in total
- snacks consisted of 3/4 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup Honey Shreddies
- total calories - 166

2. FITNESS GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- strength training - 6x a week for 20m (alternate upper / lower body)
- did 20 minutes for lower body

3. OTHER GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- accomplish 1 housecleaning task daily
- laundry

Day 4 was pretty good - met all 3 goals emoticon

Scorecard for Day 5, Tuesday, May 18

1. NUTRITION GOAL emoticon - GOAL NOT MET
- 2-3 snacks a day not exceeding 300 calories in total
- snacks consisted of 2 cups tea, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup banana, 2 slices pineapple, 1 choc. chip. cookie, 1 cup soy milk
- total calories - 368
- went over my targeted calories for snacks by 68 calories but I only had the soy milk (100 calories) to bring my calories to within my recommended calorie range so I don't feel so bad about it

2. FITNESS GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- strength training - 6x a week for 20m (alternate upper / lower body)
- did 30+ minutes for upper body
- I actually went to the gym and did 35 minutes of walking on the treadmill today. Feeling tired but elated that I seem to be getting closer to my routine!

3. OTHER GOAL emoticon GOAL NOT MET
- accomplish 1 housecleaning task daily
- did not have a chance to think about this today as work day was challenging in itself

Day 5 - only met 2/3 goals
