Scorecard for Day 3

1. NUTRITION GOAL emoticon - GOAL MET
- 2-3 snacks a day not exceeding 300 calories in total
- snacks consisted of 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup banana, 1 cup tea, 1 choc. chip. cookie
- total calories - 264

2. FITNESS GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- strength training - 6x a week for 20m (alternate upper / lower body)
- did 20 minutes for upper body

3. OTHER GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- accomplish 1 housecleaning task daily
- laundry and food preparation for the week

Day 3 was pretty good - met all 3 goals emoticon

    Thanks for catching my typo Zanna! Yesterday I did met all three goals...just need to keep that momentum going which I absolutely intend on doing! emoticon

    Don't push yourself too hard on the Fitness front---the body needs to be eased into it's rhythm gradually---increase slowly and you should be fine-----otherwise Congratulations---you're accomplishing the major part of your Plan----Way to GOOOOO!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Heh--was confused for a minute when you said goal 2 was not met--but you did 20 min of upper body work out--but later you said all three goals were met, so I'm guessing typo?? Anyway, congratulations--you're doing great! Keep up the great work!
