I need to start eating healthier.

Even though I am within my BMI, I feel like I have no energy, and it's probably because of how horrible I eat. I'm trying to give up fast food, except for Subway and the occassional Chipoltle and add more fruits and vegetables to my diet. I think the hardest part is that I'm lazy and do not feel like cleaning/cutting/cooking fruits and veggies. Anyone have any quick suggestions for healthy meals/snacks?

    I like to clean and cut/prep everything ahead of time - like the day I bring stuff home from the store. Otherwise, pre-cut stuff IS great... or things like bags of baby carrots, apple slices, etc....
    You just gotta be careful with the prepackaged stuff since it can be loaded with sugar and sodium. I've pretty much given up on last summer's staple of lean Hot Pockets lol.... :)

    Sometimes I'll buy the fruits and veggies already cut up. It's worth it sometimes to pay for the convenience!!
