Scorecard for Friday, May 14

Thanks to all of my Spark Friends for their encouraging comments. You are another big reason for me to want to achieve my goals!

Scorecard for Day 1

1. NUTRITION GOAL emoticon - GOAL MET
- 2-3 snacks a day not exceeding 300 calories in total
- snacks consisted of 1/2 apple, 1 sweet yogurt, 2 small rusks, 2 cups of tea
- total calories - 279

2. FITNESS GOAL emoticon GOAL NOT MET
- strength training - 6x a week for 20m (alternate upper / lower body)
- only managed to do 10 minutes for upper body
- reason for not completing is that I left it until the end of the day and because I have not been strength training for over a month, I will need to start slowly and build up

3. OTHER GOAL emoticon GOAL MET
- accomplish 1 housecleaning task daily
