Facing the challenge of TODAY

This morning's reflection was all about getting enough sleep. I can relate.

Last night, I was so tired, I felt like I had hit a wall. There was a lot of pain involved and I just didn't care about things the way I am used to caring. I definitely needed sleep.

I went to bed at eleven. My usual time to go, but not the time I have been going this week. I fell right to sleep. When I woke up this morning, I found my daughter in bed with me and I had slept the night through.

I also found that the pain I had been in last night was gone. The energy level is UP THERE and I am ready to face the challenges of THIS day.

    Sleep is essential for our well being. I know I am not always one to get all the sleep I need either but that is something that I am trying to get better at doing myself. Way to go! I can realate way too well with how you can feel pain more when you haven't gotten enough sleep. Keep going on your journey and you shall succeed.
