My 1st blog for 2010 but not my last!

It has been a long time since I have been active on SP. Although I log in daily and read all of my friend's blogs and other articles, I have not been as engaged and committed as before. This is partly due to time commitments but also because I have not been holding myself accountable. As of tomorrow that is changing! I am setting myself 3 goals which will be challenging (for me) but I also know that they are achievable.

NUTRITION GOAL emoticon
- 2-3 snacks a day not exceeding 300 calories in total

FITNESS GOAL emoticon
- strength training - 6x a week for 20m (alternate upper / lower body)

OTHER GOAL emoticon
- accomplish 1 housecleaning task daily

I know I can count on all of my friends' support to get back on track!

    YAY...Reeta's back!! Missed ya, babe!! I am kinda in the same boat...i blog like once every other month now when I used to do it like once every other week. How's the family? Are you planning another visit to your parents house this summer?! Hehe...guess its been awhile...have a lot to catch up on! Good luck with your goals...they definitely sound attainable. By the way, snacking is my biggest issue...I'm pretty good at work, but the second I get home, i can snack down about 500 calories easily just by stepping into my kitchen. :P

    You inspired me, Reeta. I will definitely try to do the 2-3 at 300cals max like you! :)

    Yes you can Reeta----I like it that you've begun in such a clear cut and getable manner----it won't stress you out and achieving it will add to your satisfaction of achieving your goals!!!So "Best of Luck" for your fulfilling the goals you've set yourself!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
