My 1st blog for 2010 but not my last!

It has been a long time since I have been active on SP. Although I log in daily and read all of my friend's blogs and other articles, I have not been as engaged and committed as before. This is partly due to time commitments but also because I have not been holding myself accountable. As of tomorrow that is changing! I am setting myself 3 goals which will be challenging (for me) but I also know that they are achievable.
- 2-3 snacks a day not exceeding 300 calories in total
- strength training - 6x a week for 20m (alternate upper / lower body)
- accomplish 1 housecleaning task daily
I know I can count on all of my friends' support to get back on track!
