What can I say?

I knew I was busy this year. But you don't know the half of it.
I wrote my schedule down on a piece of paper. Just for Today, Thursday and Friday this week.
I have so much going on, I don't have time to do the dishes or the laundry until Saturday and that is my only "day of rest".
I have been getting up at 6:30 every morning to be off and running by 8 with my daughter. Then, I go to work. By the time work is over, my evening schedule kicks in and I am off and running again.
Most of my running is done by car this week because of how wet and cold it has become and because of how far I have to go; thirty to forty miles one way. How am I exercising this way? I am not doing so hot with it. How am I eating mindfully? That is even worse.
I am using the computer nights because during the day, there is just too much to do. My job is only temporary and so this rush will be over in a couple of weeks, but until then am I sabotaging myself....DEFINITELY.
I am looking at articles and such to give advice on how to spend 10 minutes at a time exercising. I have seen where if I do ten minutes several times a day, I will get the same benefit as doing a full thirty minute workout without the aches and pains accompanying. This is something I have been looking at anyway because of the arthritis, but now I am really searching for exercises I can do while driving down the road. I know there are some, I just haven't found the right keywords.
