Challenge for 40 somethings with 50-99 lbs to lose

1. To see a re-dedication of my long term weight project. I've been slacking. (I have joined two new challenges)
2. Get to the gym at least three times this week. I've only been going twice.(To see progress on the reduction of inches, part of one of the challenges I've joined)
3. Log on to Spark in the mornings like I did in the beginning. (Doing it throughout the day keeps me on pace and focused.)
4. To do an random act of kindness daily.(To see the smile it brings to someone's face.)
