Ok, so I was on a radio website and saw this thing about weight loss so I clicked on it because I was curious. Well, it was about the "every other day diet." Anyone heard of it? I listened for about ten minutes and then was done with it. Basically it was saying that you could eat whatever you wanted, but it was only every other day. So the other days you would eat lower calories and healthier. It said that you needed to eat a variety or foods "junk" and "healthy" plus vary your calories everyday. What do you think? Anyone tried it?
