Ok, so I was on a radio website and saw this thing about weight loss so I clicked on it because I was curious. Well, it was about the "every other day diet." Anyone heard of it? I listened for about ten minutes and then was done with it. Basically it was saying that you could eat whatever you wanted, but it was only every other day. So the other days you would eat lower calories and healthier. It said that you needed to eat a variety or foods "junk" and "healthy" plus vary your calories everyday. What do you think? Anyone tried it?

Every other day seems to often to me. I quite like either having one day off a week or the whole weekend off, maximum. I think any more than that and you're just not going to get anywhere. One thing I have noticed from calorie counting is even when I go over, its not by much, or I'm at least under the BMR estimate, which seems a plan!

Hope all good with you x
