I've been a bad Sparkperson. We are getting ready to move this Tuesday and I haven't had the chance to get online much. Plus it looks like we won't even have the internet for a little while when we do move.
I have been fixing up my bike. I am getting my daughter fitted for a helmet and am researching bike seats for her. I've heard great things about this bike path near where we are moving to I'm going to check out. I also need to start thinking about getting a gym membership in the new city. I'm thinking about getting a Y membership since they also have a few pools, but I need to go check it out. So there's a couple of things to keep me active after we move. My husband has also been talking about doing the 30 Day Shred together, but I don't know much about it. I have some physical limitations due to a previous injury, so I'm hoping I will be able to do it.
Eating has been going so-so. I've been trying to use up everything I have in the pantry to make the move easier, but not everything I bought after I started this journey. I'm not eating twinkies and donuts or anything completely void of nutrition, but I have been making hamburger helper with ground turkey and other things that could be healthier.
