Getting Discouraged :(

When i first started spark in june 2008 i lost 20 pounds. i was super happy and excited.
but of course i started back to my old habits and gained almost all the weight back :(.
Now i have been trying, but for some reason i am not losing like i was the last time. I'm working out and tracking and for some reason its seems like i'm never gonna be able to lose it.
does anyone have any tips?? i'm starting to feel like its never gonna happen for me. :(
