Another new week, 2nd week of new routine. Have to say that this routine has me pumped. I have taken to also including a variety of core exercises on my upper body days as well is using a mid range weight to do more reps to exhaustion as per the suggestion of many in the fitness world.
We shall see how well this works. Our biggest loser competition/challenge here at work wraps up the 18th of May and I'd like my measurements to be down a bit more. Right now I am down an inch on my hips and 2 from my waist since the start in mid February so am optimistic.
Making a few diet adjustments this week, getting back to a more fruit/veggie diet with my proteins to see if that helps nudge the scale a bit. Basically minus the slim fast go back to basics used to lose initial 45lbs.
