Warning: Frozen Edamame Can Spoil

Saturday, April 24, 2010

I found a bag of frozen edamame in my freezer the other night. The pull date was a couple of months ago but I figured it was frozen. Was a little freezer burn really going to hurt me? YES! About 30 minutes after eating only a quarter cup of the soybeans, I was physically sick.

Lesson learned.
