Pressure of waiting

Thursday, April 22, 2010

So my interview went well - I think. Good atmosphere in the room, interesting conversation, I have hope.

But I think it is very hard to have to wait for a week for the result. There are two more to be interview and I assume that they are nothing like me - I mean how many more 57-old entrepreneurs who have had their own newspapaer and travelled round Scandinavia as a public speaker is there? The big question is if it is that kind of person they need...

Well - I felt the support from all my spark friends and that was great! BUT... I diddo some nervous overeating afterwards and I could have lived without that.

Another good thing today was that I asked a girl in the stable to help me with my horses. It´s embarrasing because I should do it myself but I fear that I will never get up on those horses if I don´t get assistance. I don´t want to burden anyone but now I have asked and that´s a relief.

YEAH! So glad oyu had your spark friends in your pocket as support. We will pray your interview went weel enough for you to have an OFFICIAL job.

I am happy you are able to reach out for help. Asking for help is on of the hardest things I do as well but I have learned. We cannot do it all, we cannot be good at everything, we can be very very good at what we can do AND there is always someone around who does well what we don't!

That statement may be a tongue twister but I am going to copy it to my quotes for future reference....

Hi MP. Good for you for asking for help with your horses. Sometimes that's the hardest thing to do - to ask for help.

Oh, I'm sending you support vibes so that you get that job. There's nothing like a life with a steady income. I hope you get it!

    Huge hugs,
    Cristina.

The deed is done then and it's fingers crossed. In the meantime, keep busy (I know you will) and the time WILL go quickly.

Good for you! Both on the interview and on asking for help. Let's hope the decision is an easy one for them and that they'll get back to you even sooner!
