New Routines

So my company had a health fair a week or so ago and I was fortunate enough to get to speak with a trainer from a well known gym who provided me with her personal contact information along with some really great websites. So I ran my new routine by her and received a huge thumbs up. I know a few people I work with who are as gym dedicated as I that disagree with these types of routine howevver when the come full endorsed by trained professionals I dont see the issue.

So starting today I am back to circuit training doing 5-10 min of cardio between each set of weights. So I am doing upper body weights today - bicep curls, skull crushers, chest press, bent over row, tricep kick backs and then cardio and repeat until 3 sets have been done.

We shall see how this goes! Wish me luck. . . .
