This weeks goals

Today is Sunday and I plan on rest! And only rest!!! Ok well maybe there will be some yelling, arm pumping and jumping around while I watch the Red Wings game. But other than that....nothing, nada!!
Monday- Strength training and cardio.
I need to research meatless meals since my hubz is restricted from animal protein for 6 weeks. I decided to be meatless with him.
Backyard gardening stuff
Wednesday- Strength and cardio
Finish sanding chair, pick stain
Thursday- 90 min cardio and yoga
Dig up grass for a new flower bed around mailbox
Personal pamper day
Saturday- anything and everything!
I plan on sticking to 1200 meatless calorie days, Tracking all food, water and exercise.
I also plan on finding 1 opportunity to try something new.. whether it be food, exercise, thought process or friend.
We'll see what happens!!!
