I keep reading information and reseaching exercises but am stale mated unsure of what my next routine should be. Then again I have been with out a set routine for so long that maybe that is part of the problem. So my goal over the next two days is to create a routine that I can stick to for 4-6 wks before changing it up again. Additinally I will start doing the work out DVD's I have at home on weekends seeing as I really have no desire to come all the way downtown to the fitness center.
Maybe another circuit training routine doing cardio before and in between weight lifting sets with some core. . . . .
So many choices really.
