I'm in the first week of my six week externship at a great cardiologist's office. I am not used to being on my feet all day, as every job I've had was a sit down office job. Needless to say, I have not found the energy to work out this week, but once! And that is bothering me. I'm sooooo tired when I wake up in the a.m. I can't bring myself to do it and my feet hurt soooooo much when I get home, I can't even think about throwing on my workout shoes to go jogging. So I'm wondering, because I'm on my feet moving around all day, does that count as any kind of cardio??? I know I will eventually get used to this, but for now, I'm hurting!

Definately counts as cardio. Get a pedometer and track your milage! :-)

All of the walking around definitely counts as some form of exercise. But thats no good that you're feet are hurting so bad by the end of the day. Maybe a better pair of shoes would help??!!??
