No leftovers please!

I noticed that spark people articles are always telling us to make big meals and then freeze or save the leftovers for the rest of the week. Am I the only one that has a very difficult time with this? Meaning, I tend to overeat or "sneak" those leftovers if I know that they are in the fridge. I do best when I make 2 servings of dinner - one for me and one for husband. That way there is not a temptation later that night.

    With me and my man, we plan our meals for the week before we go grocery shopping. And we incorporate the leftovers into that plan. So if we make something that is supposed to have four servings, we eat two the first day and two the next and if we overeat, then we don't have supper for that second day.

    But if it is easier for you to just not have them in the fridge, I say change the recipes to suit you. It will mean more time on you two because you have to make supper every night but you can't eat it if it isn't in the fridge.
