Missed Tuesday Assessment Day

I have to remember I'm 65 and not what I "once was".

The fitness trail incident is not finished yet. The medication and restrained exercise routine hasn't brought relief and actually required a visit to the local ER last week. That required a follow up yesterday with one surgeon and another appointment tomorrow with a another surgeon, different areas of speciality.

I've been compiling info on previous operations and found out the hospitals have been sold, records moved, Doctors retired or deceased and answering machines that can't help.

I think those medical record cards for your wallet would be great. All that data and easy to update.

I am in the process of pulling it all together and inputting to my computer.
It will be easier the next time.
