More people will die from hit-or-miss eating than from hit-and-run driving.

- Duncan Hines, food critic

Scenario one.

I took a drivers ed course taught by an ex state trooper. He said we all start at a 100% of being great drivers when we get up. Then life happens.
The wife's upset about the kids. 95%
The kids don't want to go to school. Your spouse blames you.90%
You find an email from your Boss and the presentation is today not tomorrow.85%
Some one cuts you off in traffic.75%
The line at the coffee shop is long and the cashier is new.70%
There's a traffic jam 5 blocks from your office that isn't moving. 65%
Your thinking just isn't 100%. You should not be driving.

Scenario two.
You roll out of bed on a Friday, hit the john and the scale shows a loss of 1.5 lbs. Yea.
You shower and shave and as your dressing the old belt is too loose and the new one is still a hole short. 95%
The kids want pancakes and your spouse is out running(it's her turn for a morning run)so you whip up the batter and make a stack of cakes. The kids couldn't wait so they ate cereal. The cakes are sitting there.90%
They smell great and Grandpa and Grandma sent over real Maple syrup from New England(for the children).
The freezer bag holds all the fresh cakes but three.
85%
Its Buy fresh fruit day and the oatmeal container only has 1 tbls left. Instant coffee is some where new. kitchen's being reorganized. 80%
The last healthy food bar went with your spouse because its a long run day.75%
Should you eat those cakes or not?
