Don't know whats wrong???

I am feeling little down,tired and sleepy today. Yesterday was my off day so i did only walk/ run on the treadmill. Usually Saturdays I am eager to start my workouts. But today don't feel like doing anything. Feels sleepy when I sit in front of computer. Maybe because of too much housework or Mrs flows visit or going out shopping(my brother and cousin has come on business tour).

Should I do full medical check up. I haven't done one since two years. Now my DH is busy and I don't want to worry him. In this country I can't go alone anywhere. Well I don't want to worry my friends, I will go emoticon till my son returns from school.
May be I am just tired emoticon

    It is always good to get a medical check up once a year if possible. Plus a medicine review if you are taking anything. When I am tired I always give in and go to bed. I think it is the best thing to do. Listen to what your body is telling you and you wont go far wrong.

    Thanks to you all my dear friends. I took your advice and had a good 2 hours sleep during the day and by evening I felt ok. I did my workouts today to check myself. I feel fine and got back my energy. As my friends said it was due to the heat( hot climate) and mrs flows visit. I don't like too much shopping and roaming outside. emoticon You all are emoticon emoticon emoticon

    It could be from the crazy aunt visit, but it really could be something else. I agree with the rest, wait a couple of days, and see how you're feeling...

    Take care of yourself. See how you feel after you get soem rest. Hopefully that will help you. If you don't feel better in a couple of days, then it mght be time for you to talk to your husband about getting a check up.

    You know what----you take a much needed rest---if it's very hot where you are---this lethargy is a natural reaction to heat.See a Doctor if it puts your mind at rest----always good to settle anxieties at the earliest!!!

    Sounds like you just need a little extra emoticon , or that Auntie Flo's visit is just wearing you out. Listen to your body, if it is saying it wants rest - take it. You stay so busy and are doing so well - YOU DESERVE IT!

    If it's been two years, wouldn't hurt to have a full check-up done. Could be that you're just tired, but also could be something else. Do you have a friend who could go with you? Take care of yourself.
