At Last, a down trend.

The sun is shining, the sky is blue
I'm down to a half plus 192.

Guess the eight glasses a day plus the calorie reduction took hold.

I'll have to go back and change the energy level for today.

Thanks for setting those examples for me to follow.

Can't get mushy now, but I truely do

    What a great poem! Good for you. I have trouble with the water thing...Can you switch in another exercise? Maybe pick up an exercise bike at a yard sale?? Keep up the good work.

    Definitely the Community, no the water, no the community...

    They led me to the water and made me drink.

    I thought the walking would be enough.

    My exercising has fallen off due to a back strain so it hasn't been a factor. The water replaced it.

    I was uncomfortable with water volume for almost two months so I did not drink it.

    After the doctors clear me, I'll go back to the walking.

    I can't wait to see what happens then.

    Awwwwwww! A little mushy very occaeionally isn't too bad...

    So, which do you think was the deciding factor in your success?
