It's been a long time

Wednesday, November 08, 2006

Been mainly writing in my journal and haven't yet to type in my blog but, doing fine just was in a littl of a rut this pass weekend and had to get myself back on my toes doing good just that I have been a little overwhelm lately with my weight lost. I know I know I always here it has to come off slow and slow but, when you at a stand still to long you want to go nuts. I will do everything change up my calorie intake make it higher and then low or change up my workouts to burn more calories to to burn less calories it's always something but, hoping that soon I will see more results and not be at a stand still.

I am on track I've been teaching myself some new things to keep me out a little bit more. Went on ahead and started back measuring my food I did give up on that but, decided to go ahead and measure again and keep score of that. At first I was measuring by eye but, I felt that I was only cheating myself in the long run.

My group 100 plus been very supportived and I like that love how everyone get along and like that I can also help them in the long run on a day to day bases only they know how it is to be where we are all at and getting that support is wonderful for all of us like to have everyone feel comforable about asking questions and not feel like it's a stupid question because they are not stupid when you want to learn:)

Going to get my butt in gear. Since this month it's like I went in a rut only got in 4 miles of my 25 miles that I am trying to do for this month for the 25 mile walking challenge so I will have to push myself more and more the rest of this month to reach my goal. Tae-bo will be added to my program since I noticed I burn lot more calories doing tae-bo and I love it.:)

    Girl, You just Inspired me!

I am inspired! I am going to add 15 minutes to my cardio program tomorrow and if it doesn't kill me, to everyday after! I have been doing 30 minutes every other day, now I will do 45 minutes. I also have the tae-Bo tapes, but I am too big to do all that bouncing up and down, but Billy is fine, so I like to watch...maybe next month I will start me Tae-Bo work-out!??! Who knows? I just want you to know I read your blog and you inspired me to pump it up! Thanks!
