Week 6

Sorry this a few days late. Been busy and couldn't get on this weekend to post. Okay so I gained yet again. 2 weeks in a row. I don't get it. I am working out 510 minutes in a week with part ST and part cardio. At the end of this week I didn't eat right. I had no food. Some days I was within range but didn't have enough protien. But what are you going to do. I have been thinking of changeing my food again but don't know if I gave the high protein enough of a go. So I will read up on it more and hope that all this working off will pay off in a couple of weeks. If I don't lose this week I will be highly upset and may have to rethink my goal. I do however fel really great!!! I bought new pants and they fit but they are still loose. I tried on some older clothes that I had before the kids were born and they fit just not long enough. SO I know that if I lose maybe 10 more pounds those clothes will fit and they are summer clothes. That would be AWESOME!!!! SO I do feel great even though the scale says other wise. I feel stong and healthy and thinner. SO I guess that is a good start. I have lost 38 pounds and that is somehting I need to be happy about. NO MATTER what I weigh for my reunion I have to be happy. I just wish it was coming off. I lost maybe 6 pounds in the last 4 months and I think that is crazy since I started the gym 4 months ago. What is wrong with that picture. Okay I have new pics that I will be getting on soon. Bare with me I am super busy with kids all day. Okay hopefully at the end of this week I will have another blog.
