Week 6

Sorry this a few days late. Been busy and couldn't get on this weekend to post. Okay so I gained yet again. 2 weeks in a row. I don't get it. I am working out 510 minutes in a week with part ST and part cardio. At the end of this week I didn't eat right. I had no food. Some days I was within range but didn't have enough protien. But what are you going to do. I have been thinking of changeing my food again but don't know if I gave the high protein enough of a go. So I will read up on it more and hope that all this working off will pay off in a couple of weeks. If I don't lose this week I will be highly upset and may have to rethink my goal. I do however fel really great!!! I bought new pants and they fit but they are still loose. I tried on some older clothes that I had before the kids were born and they fit just not long enough. SO I know that if I lose maybe 10 more pounds those clothes will fit and they are summer clothes. That would be AWESOME!!!! SO I do feel great even though the scale says other wise. I feel stong and healthy and thinner. SO I guess that is a good start. I have lost 38 pounds and that is somehting I need to be happy about. NO MATTER what I weigh for my reunion I have to be happy. I just wish it was coming off. I lost maybe 6 pounds in the last 4 months and I think that is crazy since I started the gym 4 months ago. What is wrong with that picture. Okay I have new pics that I will be getting on soon. Bare with me I am super busy with kids all day. Okay hopefully at the end of this week I will have another blog.

    Great job in losing the inches! You now have a good goal to reach so that you will be able to fit into those clothes for summer. It sounds like you are losing a lot of inches and that should count for something. I think by trying on your clothes everytime the scale doesn't cooperate with how you feel, this will help you to not feel too discouraged because it sounds like your body is building muscle and before you know it you will find yourself losing the weight in no time. Keep up the great work Bahama Mama!!
