Calories and Exercise

I must admit I'm a little bummed. I changed my weigh-in date to Saturday, so I weighed myself this morning and saw that I was down two pounds. Cool. So I entered it, and then saw the notice that as one loses weight, one's calorie needs go down too.
The odd thing is that I've been over my calories for two or three days now. I'm not sure that I had more than one day that I was within calorie range. However, I have gone around the circuit three times for two of my Curves sessions this week (I got distracted talking to people and forgot to stop!) and I have had a 10 minute cardio session each morning this week.
I know that the weight loss coupled with going over the calorie intake doesn't mean I should ignore the calorie recommendation. I don't think I'm sick, so I don't think that's why I've lost the weight while eating more.
I also know one other thing. I've got to stop thinking about what to write in this blog and start my morning 10 minute cardio!
