April 2010 Goals

So, i was looking over my March goals and it appears that I only met 2 of them... water and 2 frutis & veggies per day. That's ok though. I will just focus and do better for April.

April 2010 Goals:
~ track every bite eaten
~ at least 3 fruits and veggies a day
~ daily water intake
~ measure portions
~ maintain 1550 calories or less on a daily basis
~ Keep dayes with "splurges" (like easter) under 2000 calories

~ 5-6 days of cardio/ activity a week
~ extra cardio on splurge days
~ 3 days of strength training per week
~ start a walk to run training schedule
~ run 2 5k's

~ finish reading "The Spark"
~Try on wedding dresses (April 10th) and not focus too much on my weight
~ start looking positively at myself rather than only negatives
