Week 1 - April Challenge

This is the first challenge I've undertaken. I really need someone to push me and hopefully this challenge will do the job. I have to learn to take time for myself so I can exercise. Usually the only 'free' time I have is late at night and then forget about exercising. Hopefully with warmer weather coming I can do my walking again. I have improved over the last few weeks, so let's hope that is a trend!

    With exercise, you just have to do it. No discussion, no postponement, just get to it. Once you get this going, your energy level will help to keep you motivated. emoticon
