Week 1 - April Challenge

This is the first challenge I've undertaken. I really need someone to push me and hopefully this challenge will do the job. I have to learn to take time for myself so I can exercise. Usually the only 'free' time I have is late at night and then forget about exercising. Hopefully with warmer weather coming I can do my walking again. I have improved over the last few weeks, so let's hope that is a trend!
