Girls Weekend+Seder= Getting Back on Track!

I planned before leaving for the weekend.. I took the appropriate foods along as meals and snacks...and yet, as my friend opened the Scooby Snacks on the second leg of our trip.. I knew I was in trouble. I have spent the past four days eating more desserts than I have had in the past few months. My mouth just tastes sugary. I feel the daze. Its so over after tonight.. its my first ever seder, and I'm really looking forward to it. I'm going to let myself have the past few days... but TOMORROW, its ON!!! We are planning meals, planning when we are eating out of the home... getting back on track. I still would LOVE to be in the 170s at some point in April.. I know I can do this!!!

NO guilt.. no bashing.. just retracking.. and WRITING DOWN MY FOODS :) I know that will make me think twice :0

One good thing to report: I worked out every single day of this binge.. EVEN my day off!!
