March 27: Gained but not quitting

I went to weigh in today and I gained 2 pounds. I know that I did the right things last week, so I will hopefully see results this week. I did find out that I am not drinking enough water. Saturday is my day off, so Sunday I start all over again. This week I will keep my diary, walk 5000 steps two times, eat my Jenny Craig food, and drink enough food. Those are my goals for this week.

    Don't let the two pounds get you down. I know I've read several different sources that says your body can fluctuate between two pounds every day, just depending on when you weigh yourself.

    Keep up the good work you are doing. I've found tracking what I eat and my exercise lets me know I'm doing good, even if the scale doesn't show it.

    Also, I have found that my tape measure will discover missing inches from my waist and hips when the scale moves in the wrong direction.

    All in all it sounds like you had a great week. Congrats on you Annivesary!
