Bat Wing Battle Week 2 Tricep and Hip Stretch

This stretch is fantastic for the tricep, the bust, and getting rid of what the brits call love handles. This week I have lost an inch from underneath my bust. One more inch and I'll have to go down a bra size.
When coming out of this stretch do it very slowly. This protects your back. Keep shoulders and arms in contact with the floor at all times to get the best out of this stretch. Only lower the leg as far as it is comfortable to do so. I can drop my leg lower as have been doing this stretch for sometime but you should start off gently. Make sure you have warmed up before doing any of these exercises.
