2. How much water do you drink a day? 10-11 glasses

3. What is your favorite workout? wii at the moment

6. How many calories do you burn a week? usually don't add them up

20. How do you stay motivated? think aobut the reasons to be health when old

21. Who is your biggest supporter? my PPPs , my Ralph & me

22. How much weight have you lost? at 22 pounds at themoment net, have lost more but the roller coaster doesn't count

23. How did you determine your goal weight? with doctor

24. Do you have a gym membership? yes but going to cancel it

25. How often do you work out? 60 minutes every day is my goal

26. How did you find Spark? work

27. How much sleep do you get a night? 7-8 hours

28. Are you a morning or night workout person? evening

29. Do you have a "cheat" day? no, I no longer diet therefore I don't need to have cheat days, some days I just don't eat as well as others but usually don;t plan them

30. Do you drink soda? diet coke

31. Do you drink alcohol? How much? wine & run about 1/2 every 3-4 months

not like - jiggly parts; like growing muscles

    1. What did you eat for breakfast? Kelloggs Protein Shake or High Fiber Oatmeal with Almond Milk - Always have Almond Milk now!

    2. How much water do you drink a day? 8-10 glasses

    6. How many calories do you burn a week? 3500 or more, I try to burn 500+ a day.

    7. How many calories do you eat a day? 1200-1500

    8. What are your favorite healthy snacks? protein bars, fiber bars, and now my absolute favorite new one is ALMOND MILK

    9. What do you usually eat for lunch? Kellogg's Protein Shake, Almond Milk, Banana

    10. What is usually for dinner? a meat, potato, veggies but I vary a lot, sometimes it do the Kellogg's shake because I did 6" subway for lunch.

    11. What is your favorite body part to strength train? arms, abs, & legs

    12. What is your least favorite body part to strength train? all parts...just all depends on day

    13. What is your least favorite exercise? running, in fact, I will never be a runner or jogger due to my feet issues. I love to hike, power walk, bicycle

    14. What is your favorite exercise? walking, WATP, bicycle, hiking, wii hoops & boxing & yoga

    15. What are your "bad" food cravings? This one varies, sometimes donut, chocolate bar, reeses peanut butter, cake, cookie, never the same.

    16. What is your go to workout song? Too many to list. I have IPOD and it sure helps with all workouts!

    17. Do you take vitamins or supplements? multivitamin, calcium

    18. How often do you eat out? 2-3 times a month a lot less than use too

    19. Do you eat fast food? 1-2 month, but some months none, try to avoid them

    20. How do you stay motivated? sparks, little things, me wanting the FAT off of my Body, small changes, the scale (my enemy right now), inches, clothing, daughter, husband

    21. Who is your biggest supporter? my sparkfriends, my husband, my daughters

    22. How much weight have you lost? at 16 pounds at the moment. lost more but gained and basically now 14 were lost and kept off, the other 2 are added this year

    23. How did you determine your goal weight? with doctor

    24. Do you have a gym membership? yes but just for month so no more now

    25. How often do you work out? 5-7 days a week min. of 60 min or more. My goal is to burn 500+ every day in exercise which equates to 60 min or more depending on what exercise I am doing.

    34. Do you have a workout buddy? no, but sometimes my friend, sister, daughter, or hubby will walk with me

    35. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to this Healthy Lifestyle? I have become bolder, more health conscience, eat way better and WAY MORE ACTIVE/PHYSICAL
