I am on my way out the door. I get the car this afternoon and so I going to Golds, I want to try that new machine besides a treadmill. I also want to do the weights again, like I did last Friday. I felt it in my muscles now I am seeking definition. Perhaps you know what I mean. I have never had definition in my arms, and I am going to find out if it can be done by this almost 60 year old woman. I have no idea how long it takes to get there either. So I am putting it out there to you all, anyone know if it can be done by me. How long it takes and what I need to do to get there. Putting pic of the arms I want on my collage. This is another great goal I have discovered for myself. Lets hope it is possible and I am not just dreaming about this goal.
IM_GETTIN_THIN start with lighter weights and low and steady reps; increase weight after you feel the exercise is getting too easy [in a few weeks] gradually. you will see results if you stick with it. way back in college there was a 75 year young woman who used to lift weights and her arms were rockin! 4141 days ago
