Day 11 new strategy

So I've been at this new lifestyle for 11 days! I'm so happy for me and the choice I've made! I've only lost 5 pounds which is better then nothing but I'd like to see better results! I've decided to take in the lower end of my calorie goal of 1200 and increase the exercise. I've been walking an average of 2 miles per day which is about an hour of exercise... I'm can't walk real fast yet but am walking what I can. So I think if I increase it to an average of 3 or more miles a day then I'd burn more and ultimately lose more. This is my theory and we'll see if it works. I'm still so excited about this journey!
