We went on a mile walk after lunch today and going to walk again in just a moment. I did good today I was faced with a temptation. My DH was eating a pizza which he was allowed cause it was in his calories but I wanted to eat like 4 slices like normally before I changed on this new lifestyle but I didn't I had some chicken fajita soup and one slic of pizza instead and some strawberries too. I'm proud of myself and I'm on track for exercise and calories for the day! I'm loving this new me!
