Week 4

Friday, March 19, 2010

Okay so this week was good. We had some troubles with no zumba except for Monday. But we worked through it. Been working more on weight training then cardio but I like to have it evened out. I am sorry but I like to sweat!!! That was I know I have had a good workout. So on Wednesday I did 45 minutes of weights and 30 minutes on stairs. I really wanted to quit after 15 cuz I was really hot and couldn't take it. But started talking to the girl next to me and next thing I knew I had 5 minutes left. So I finished. I had left so much sweat on the machine it was gross. I was hoping for a good loss this week but TOM came and I know that takes a few days to catch up so we will see next week how we do. I was sick at the beginning of the week and didn't eat a lot or workout as much I would have liked. But things are getting better. It was nice all week so I was outside as much as possible. Until next week......Hopefully losing 3 pounds. WOOHOO!!!!

Love the spring! Turned the heat off and opened windows tonight!

I used to hate the cross trainer, but once I got someone next to me to talk to I was able to stay on for 30 minutes... one of my 'proud' moments :) Can't quite do the stairs yet though... Exercising is the only time it feels 'good' to sweat or hurt, otherwise no thank you... keep up the fabulous work!

Good job on having a good week. Fresh air probably helped out with cutting your sickness short. I am so glad that spring is finally here!
