Feeling great and looking better.

It has been 9 day's after I was not feeling good and was thinking I maybe need to go to the doctor and get my self checked for a virus or maybe appendix. Thank god it looks like the problem fixed itself. Because of me getting sick I lost 5 lbs. Ok so maybe it is not the time to have a party but it did give me the jump start I was looking to achieve. I have been drinking only water and I am loosing the urge to drink soda. Found some food that was no or low sodium and low calories were I am able to control and not eat 3000+ calories a day.

    It's good that you're feeling better.
    As for drinking water, it does take some time to get used to.
    But if you'd like to add flavor to it, you can always try to add crystal light. I like to add slices of lemon or cucumbers in mine. Cucumbers sounds weird, but it's very refreshing. Try
    it! lol.

    Sodium CAN be pretty bad for a diet. I've found that the best way to avoid ingesting too much is to just make your own food. That way you can control EVERYTHING that you're eating. But, if you're crunched for time like I sometimes am, low-sodium options work.
